  4. Willingness to learn: Working as a part of Unwind Hyderabad is a constant learning process and reflecting on past experiences is necessary for success. 

  5. Passionate: You should genuinely care about advocating for mental health and be committed to furthering Unwind Hyderabad’s cause. 

  6. Collaborative: Collaboration is at the heart of every Unwind initiative and each team member will join an array of teams throughout their journey here
